Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

Account Information

• Email address and full name (provided during sign-up or via Apple Sign-In)
• A unique user ID generated by our authentication system

Body Measurement Data

• Nine body dimensions (shoulder, chest, waist, hip, inseam, arm length, torso length, neck, and thigh) captured via AR body tracking, photo-based silhouette analysis, or manual entry
• Capture method and timestamp for each measurement session

Tech Pack Data

• Garment type selections, fit preferences, and adjusted measurements you create for manufacturer specifications
• Tech packs are stored locally on your device

Camera and Photo Data

• When using AR scanning or silhouette capture, the camera feed is processed in real time on your device to extract body landmarks and measurements
• Photos and video frames are never uploaded, stored, or transmitted — only the computed numeric measurements are retained

Face Data

• FitCraft does not collect, store, or process face data
• The AR scanning feature uses Apple's ARBodyTrackingConfiguration, which tracks body skeleton joints (shoulders, hips, knees, etc.) — it does not use ARFaceTrackingConfiguration or any face detection technology
• The silhouette photo analysis detects body contours only and does not identify or analyze facial features
• No biometric face data, facial geometry, or facial feature information is collected, stored, shared, or transmitted at any time

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account
• To store and sync your body measurements across sessions
• To generate garment specifications (tech packs) from your measurements
• To enable you to export tech packs to share with manufacturers

We do not use your data for advertising, analytics, profiling, or any purpose other than providing the app's core functionality.

3. Third-Party Services

Supabase — We use Supabase as our backend for authentication and database storage. Your account information and measurements are stored on Supabase's servers. Supabase encrypts all data in transit (HTTPS/TLS). See Supabase's Privacy Policy.

Apple Sign-In — If you choose to sign in with Apple, we receive your name and email address (or a private relay address if you choose to hide your email) as provided by Apple. See Apple's Privacy Policy.

We do not integrate any analytics, advertising, crash reporting, or third-party tracking services.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own purposes. Your data is only shared in these limited cases:

• With Supabase, solely to provide authentication and data storage
• When you choose to export a tech pack via the iOS share sheet — you control who receives it

5. Data Security

• All communication between the app and our servers uses encrypted HTTPS connections
• Authentication tokens are stored in your device's secure keychain
• Database access is restricted so each user can only read and modify their own data

6. Data Retention and Deletion

• You can delete individual measurements at any time from the Measurement History screen
• Tech packs stored on your device can be deleted from the Tech Pack screen
• You can delete your account and all associated data directly from the app by going to the profile menu and selecting “Delete Account”
• You may also contact us at the email below to request full account deletion

7. Children's Privacy

FitCraft is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
